Senior Analyst – IT Applications, Oracle EBS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Enhance and resolve issues in Oracle Applications interfaces, custom reporting, forms, and bespoke applications.

• Spearhead the design and deployment of resilient and scalable solutions in logistics and distribution utilizing Oracle Cloud OTM, GTM, order management, warehouse management, and inventory functionalities.

• Take the lead in identifying opportunities for enhancement.

• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, including Supply Chain and Logistics Business Users, external implementation teams, AMS Partners, Product teams, Ciena PMO Teams, and internal IT Teams.

• Drive initiatives in logistics and distribution.

• Engage with business units and coordinate with multi-location teams to strategize activities necessary to meet project deadlines.

• Provide support for OTM, GTM, Order Management, inventory configurations, and associated logistics management systems, troubleshooting any issues that arise.

• Identify root causes and debug issues, delivering timely and effective solutions for urgent shipping concerns.

• Develop applications within Oracle EBS modules (Supply Chain & Finance).

• Document Oracle SR and outline information requirements.

• Collaborate with business/service owners to gather requirements.

• Experience in Agile methodologies and Jira is preferred.

• Translate business requirements into technical design documents, and develop and implement solutions accordingly.

• Oversee improvement initiatives from inception to deployment.

• Deliver solutions promptly, ensuring satisfaction for internal customers.

• Participate in peer code and design reviews to guarantee the delivery of high-quality solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS development is essential.

• Experience with Oracle EBS R12 is required, with a strong preference for candidates with R12.2.x experience.

• Expertise in 3PL, Logistics Management, and advanced SQL PL/SQL programming skills and experience is necessary.

• Strong familiarity with Oracle EBS base tables and views in SCM modules such as Procurement, OM, Purchasing, Inventory, WMS, and Shipping.

• Should be knowledgeable about O2S and P2P cycles.

• Proficiency in using Oracle EBS open interface APIs, Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms Developer, Oracle Workflow, and XML Publisher.

• Familiarity with OAF is a plus.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, including proficiency in written, electronic, and verbal communication.

• Strong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented.
