This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Act as a system analyst and functional subject matter expert, facilitating configuration, administration, and ongoing enhancement of key HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Reporting).
• Deliver daily HRIS support by diagnosing system issues, rectifying defects, and managing escalations with a strong focus on customer service.
• Collaborate with HR and Payroll to design, configure, test, and implement business processes, workflows, and system improvements.
• Assist with security administration, encompassing role-based access, audits, and adherence to internal controls and policies.
• Oversee and conduct system testing, documentation, and validation for new configurations, releases, integrations, and process modifications.
• Guarantee data integrity and accuracy across HR, Payroll, and Time data through proactive audits and reconciliation efforts.
• Create and maintain HR reporting and analytics, ensuring stakeholders have access to reliable data for HR and business needs.
• Spearhead the transition of operational and HR reporting into Power BI, developing scalable dashboards, reports, and visual representations.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert business needs into effective reporting and analytics solutions.
• Assist with ad-hoc HR projects such as audits, surveys, employee programs, and cross-functional initiatives with data analysis as required.
• Continuously assess opportunities for process enhancement, automation, and system efficiency.
• Perform any other reasonable tasks as assigned by management.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; a focus in HR, Information Systems, IT, or Computer Science is preferred.
• A minimum of 4 years of HRIS experience, showcasing ownership of system configuration and support.
• Direct experience with HR, Payroll, Time, Scheduling, or Reporting modules.
• Strong comprehension of HR data structures, business processes, and system interdependencies.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, lookups, data validation, and formulas).
• At least 2 years of experience in data visualization and reporting, with recent hands-on experience utilizing Microsoft Power BI.
