This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Establish a strong collaboration between Nestlé Health Science and Amazon.
• Generate actionable insights regarding programs that align with Amazon customer priorities.
• Offer direct assistance to Amazon.
• Oversee the analysis and reporting of ecommerce-specific metrics.
• Aid in demand planning, content management, supply chain, and marketing strategies.
• Organize and interpret data from retailers, third parties, and industry sources.
• Discover insights and formulate, deliver, and implement recommendations within the Amazon account.
• Manage and enhance weekly Amazon reporting and support analysis for merchant meetings.
• Provide merchandising suggestions at the e-retailer level.
• Create standardized templates for category reviews.
• Evaluate competitive market activities and supply analytics for strategic decisions and portfolio risks/opportunities.
• Handle content management and optimization for key accounts.
• Conduct advanced consumer data analyses, encompassing market research and retail media analytics.
• Direct research projects and provide solutions that benefit both the customer and the category.
• Collaborate on forecasting and communicate any changes that impact the supply chain.
• Mentor and support junior Analysts.
• Develop presentations for internal and external meetings.
• Share findings with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify critical business trends/issues and suggest actionable solutions.
• Create analytical tools to evaluate business performance.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods is desired.
• Strongly recommended to have Amazon Vendor Central experience.
• Experience with Power BI is highly preferred.
• Required prior experience using Excel and PowerPoint for data management.
• Preferred prior experience working with account teams directly.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of IRI, customer data, and syndicated data is essential.
• Understanding of content management and SEO.
• Familiarity with retailer-specific data, especially pertaining to Amazon.
• Capability to build relationships and engage with senior-level stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
• Competence in multitasking and following up when responses are required.
• A problem-solving attitude and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Skill in quickly synthesizing data and articulating it effectively.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and operate at all organizational levels.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not mandatory.
