Senior Analyst, Artificial Intelligence

📋 Description

• Design data architectures and AI solutions tailored for various use cases.

• Create and enhance data pipelines while ensuring quality, scalability, and performance.

• Handle large datasets within a dynamic, global context.

• Assess and identify the optimal approaches among Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and LLMs.

• Develop generative AI solutions, intelligent automation, and integrations with LLMs.

• Utilize data platforms like Databricks and cloud environments, particularly AWS and Azure.

• Maintain the quality, integrity, and availability of data to support the solutions developed.

• Evaluate and choose frameworks, languages, and tools based on cost, performance, and scalability.

• Contribute to data governance and integrate solutions with existing architectures.

• Analyze the technical impacts of new features, technologies, and changes in tools.

• Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to create new data-driven digital products.

• Operate in a continuously evolving technological environment, addressing challenges in product engineering, data, and Artificial Intelligence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; postgraduate or Master's in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Design, develop, and optimize ETL/ELT data pipelines utilizing Databricks, Spark, PySpark, Python, and SQL.

• Conduct ingestion, transformation, cleaning, and standardization of large volumes of data.

• Develop, train, validate, and enhance Machine Learning models using scikit-learn, including regression, decision trees, and clustering.

• Build and manage Machine Learning pipelines with MLflow, ensuring governance, traceability, and model monitoring.

• Perform tuning, monitoring, and performance analysis of models and AI solutions.

• Create Generative AI and LLM solutions, merging traditional ML models with architectures such as RAG, semantic/vector search, embeddings, and response ranking.

• Implement and integrate solutions using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector databases.

• Develop applications adhering to Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and best practices in software engineering.

• Work within cloud environments in Azure and/or AWS, including scalable and secure clusters and services.

• Apply DevOps and CI/CD best practices during the development, deployment, and maintenance of solutions.

• Engage in agile ceremonies, contributing to technical planning and sprint execution.

• Focus on the integration of Data, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Software Engineering, converting business needs into scalable solutions.

• Experience with CAD/Computer-Aided Design, 3D/digital modeling, parametric modeling, solids, surfaces, assemblies, technical drawing/drafting, DMU/Digital Mock-Up, BOM/product structure, and engineering workflows integrated with PLM is a plus.

• Proficiency in English; Spanish or French is an advantage.
