Senior AI Success Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete delivery of customers' AI roadmaps.

• Facilitate organized discovery sessions and success-planning engagements.

• Enhance customers' time-to-value by promoting adoption and operational excellence of Zendesk AI solutions.

• Sustain regular outcome-focused meetings and maintain a collaborative AI Roadmap.

• Act as the Engagement Lead, coordinating activities with various internal cross-functional teams.

• Deliver measurable commercial outcomes while safeguarding renewals and fostering account growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in Customer Success/Experience.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience related to AI.

• Prior experience in go-to-customer/GTM roles within enterprise technology/SaaS.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Advanced degrees or certifications in AI strategy or project management are preferred.

• Experience in managing AI or software adoption initiatives.

• Capability to simplify complex AI concepts for a variety of audiences.
