This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist the Enterprise AI Program Office in managing tasks across designated workstreams, business sectors, functional stakeholder groups, governance backlog items, enablement activities, and special projects.
• Contribute to the identification, evaluation, and prioritization of AI opportunities by clarifying business value, target user demographics, data sensitivity, impact on workflows, level of autonomy, vendor or tool status, exposure to regulated processes, technical dependencies, adoption requirements, and support models.
• Oversee the enterprise AI portfolio and backlog overview, encompassing business use cases, functional roadmaps, platform requests, AI tools, pilot programs, production candidates, adoption initiatives, and workforce enablement efforts.
• Facilitate risk-triggered governance and control measures in collaboration with Legal, Privacy, Information Security, QA/Compliance, Enterprise Architecture, Software Engineering (SWE), IT, data proprietors, business leaders, and other responsible subject matter experts when necessary.
• Develop and sustain essential operating documents such as intake records, decision logs, AI impact evaluations, review packages, action logs, risk registers, exception documentation, implementation readiness checklists, service-model documentation, and evidence records.
• Create and maintain reusable assets for the Enterprise AI Program Office, including service catalog materials, intake guidelines, assessment criteria, starter kits, tool-selection advice, playbooks, templates, FAQs, office hours content, and training support resources.
• Assist functional AI leaders and business stakeholders by collecting departmental needs, adoption challenges, tool feedback, success narratives, recurring inquiries, and demand signals; synthesize trends for program office and sponsor evaluation.
• Organize readiness checkpoints with Forward Deployed Engineers, SWE, Enterprise Architecture, IT, data architecture, vendors, and platform partners to ensure business requests have defined owners, dependencies, sequencing, and paths to implementation.
• Monitor AI-related issues, incidents, near misses, policy exceptions, duplicated efforts, ambiguous ownership, blocked transitions, adoption challenges, and lessons learned; support the transformation of recurring patterns into enhanced guidance and processes.
• Compile inputs for sponsor and executive reporting, including portfolio dashboards, roadmap updates, operational metrics, adoption indicators, risks, unresolved decisions, RAID summaries, and suggested next steps.
• Continuously refine AI intake, opportunity assessment, prioritization, governance routing, pilot execution, scaling, functional engagement, service requests, and benefit-tracking processes as the program office evolves.
• Perform any other assigned duties.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in program management, product operations, business analysis, technology governance, transformation, change management, technology risk/compliance, data governance, enterprise technology enablement, or a similar cross-functional operational role.
• Practical knowledge of AI, generative AI, enterprise technology, software delivery, data, digital adoption, risk assessment, and control concepts sufficient to bridge the gap between business stakeholders, technical teams, and governance functions.
• Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments where standards, tools, and processes are still under development.
• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder engagement, synthesis, and written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear executive-ready materials from vague inputs.
• Experience in managing roadmaps, dashboards, action logs, decision logs, evidence records, operating cadences, templates, playbooks, or program reporting artifacts.
• Capability to independently handle multiple workstreams, requests, and stakeholders; follow up on dependencies; organize information effectively; and escalate issues with sound judgment.
• Discernment to differentiate between lightweight coordination and genuine risk-triggered reviews, identify when accountable subject matter experts are required, and prevent every activity from becoming a formal review gate.
