This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop internal AI agents, agent-oriented workflows, and engineering tools enhanced by AI.

• Address complex technical challenges and assist in identifying practical solutions.

• Create integrations across various systems including Jira, documentation platforms, repositories, APIs, and in-house tools.

• Enhance engineering workflows, boost developer efficiency, and automate the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Construct scalable backend services, APIs, and supporting components for the platform.

• Anticipate technical and operational obstacles as solutions are implemented across engineering teams.

• Communicate effectively with engineering, product, and platform stakeholders to transition ideas from concept to production-ready solutions.

• Offer technical guidance, mentorship, and knowledge sharing as the team develops new AI-enabled capabilities.

• Support practical approaches related to observability, reliability, testing, CI/CD, and operational support for AI-enabled systems.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must be eligible to work on a W2 basis without sponsorship.

• Based in Metro Atlanta.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to navigate ambiguous or evolving requirements.

• Solid software engineering experience with a focus on distributed systems and microservices.

• Practical experience with Python and contemporary AI development tools such as Claude, Copilot, Cursor, or similar LLM-enabled engineering tools.

• Hands-on experience in building AI-enabled workflows, agents, orchestration patterns, enterprise AI integrations, and context-aware AI solutions.

• Strong grasp of SDLC, CI/CD, production operations, and enterprise software delivery.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.

• Experience in mentoring or guiding other engineers through design, implementation, or delivery processes.

• Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, data pipelines, and modern engineering tools.

• Preferred: Experience with RAG, vector databases, embeddings, or context management patterns.

• Preferred: Experience with developer tools or SDLC automation.

• Preferred: Experience with Kubernetes, cloud-native platforms, or infrastructure automation.

• Preferred: Experience supporting enterprise-scale engineering organizations.
