Senior AI Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Develop production-grade applications utilizing TypeScript and state-of-the-art AI development tools.

• Create full-stack prototypes that effectively showcase capabilities to internal stakeholders and enterprise clients.

• Design, test, and refine prompts across leading foundation models such as OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini.

• Apply context engineering techniques to ensure AI systems receive the appropriate information at the optimal time.

• Craft and construct agentic workflows along with AI-driven automation systems.

• Establish frameworks for monitoring, testing, and assessing LLM performance.

• Examine extensive datasets to uncover opportunities for AI-enhanced solutions.

• Design scalable systems capable of accommodating multiple enterprise clients.

• Collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders to swiftly validate concepts and deliver effective solutions.

• Participate in AI strategy discussions and assist in directing technical decision-making regarding model selection, architecture, and deployment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).

• At least 7 years of professional experience in software engineering.

• Proven track record of leading or owning AI/LLM projects from inception to deployment.

• Strong experience in full-stack development with TypeScript, React, and SQL.

• Familiarity with contemporary LLMs and AI APIs, including OpenAI, Claude, and/or Gemini.

• Demonstrated expertise in prompt engineering, model evaluation, and AI application development.

• Experience in designing and implementing agent-based systems or AI-driven workflows.

• Robust understanding of system architecture, APIs, scalability principles, database design, and open-source ecosystems.

• Proficiency in creating structured testing methodologies and performance metrics for AI systems.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Capability to operate independently in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.

• Strong judgment regarding the reliability of AI outputs and when deeper engineering validation is necessary.
