This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Fine-tune LLMs utilizing RL and other state-of-the-art techniques.

• Develop conversational workflows that incorporate tool-calls and static knowledge.

• Collaborate with agent teams to integrate business logic into conversations.

• Leverage multimodal elements to enhance the conversational user experience.

• Innovate and create new methods for improved inference speed.
