Senior AI Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead our AI-centric engineering strategy. Design and implement methodologies utilizing tools such as GitHub Copilot, Devin AI, and GPT APIs to enhance team productivity.

• Create, develop, and uphold robust, scalable, and secure functionalities throughout our suite of products. Oversee intricate full-stack development projects.

• Establish benchmarks for code quality and engineering excellence. Architect and apply testing strategies, perform thorough code reviews, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.

• Keep abreast of advancements in AI software development. Assess and integrate new tools and practices to improve team efficiency and capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional experience in software development, specifically in creating and maintaining scalable, production-ready applications.

• In-depth knowledge of contemporary backend or full-stack technologies (Python, Go, Java, Node.js, or React). A proven history of designing and delivering intricate systems.

• Proven experience in utilizing AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Devin AI, GPT APIs) to achieve productivity enhancements.

• Significant experience with AI tools and large language models (LLMs), including frameworks such as LangChain or direct OpenAI API application.

• Strong dedication to code quality, security, and performance. Proficient in unit, integration, and end-to-end testing methodologies.

• Demonstrated technical leadership skills, mentoring junior developers and guiding complex projects from inception to completion.

• Exceptional communication skills in English, capable of conveying intricate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
