Senior AI Platform Engineer – HexCore, Eval Systems

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance the primary platform repository — the main Python package that implements our modular agent architecture encompassing orchestration, tools, state, retrieval, configuration, and extensibility layers.

• Design and manage customer configuration schemas, including versioning metadata, lineage tracking, and component provenance fields in line with our intellectual property strategy.

• Develop backward-compatible schema extensions and guarantee that all active customer deployments can upgrade seamlessly without introducing breaking changes.

• Implement schema validation at all node inputs and outputs to mitigate data drift across multi-tenant environments.

• Create and uphold cross-client isolation for customer configurations, persistent states, and RAG pipelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient or advanced skills in utilizing agentic workflows for programming in tools such as Cursor AI or Claude Code.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in developing and managing production-grade backend systems using Python.

• Demonstrated experience in owning a core platform or shared infrastructure layer utilized by various teams or customers.

• Practical experience with multi-tenant system design, including schema isolation, configuration-driven parameterization, and deployment automation.

• Background in creating evaluation harnesses for LLM-based systems with quantitative metrics.
