This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop governance frameworks that facilitate the scaling of analytics, automation, and AI while ensuring trust, accountability, compliance, and business agility.
• Outline governance operating models, roles, responsibilities, decision-making rights, and accountability structures across business, analytics, data, and technology teams.
• Create governance processes that strike a balance between centralized oversight and business-user self-service and innovation.
• Provide guidance to customers on governance strategies that enhance adoption, increase asset reuse, improve trust in analytics, and mitigate operational risks.
• Assist customers in establishing and evolving Centers of Excellence (CoEs), governance councils, stewardship models, and champion networks that promote sustainable adoption and business value.
• Counsel customers on Responsible AI practices, including transparency, explainability, model oversight, risk management, human-in-the-loop processes, and the development of AI policies.
• Formulate governance approaches for generative AI, machine learning, AI-powered applications, and agentic workflows that align with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
• Lead discussions on AI readiness, AI operating models, AI risk management, and the organizational capabilities necessary for successful AI scaling.
• Create frameworks for AI inventory management, usage monitoring, performance measurement, business impact tracking, and governance effectiveness.
• Empower business teams to safely utilize analytics, automation, and AI through scalable guardrails, standards, governance policies, and best practices.
• Spearhead governance transformation initiatives that enhance both user empowerment and organizational control.
• Evaluate organizational maturity and devise practical roadmaps for governance evolution, AI enablement, and self-service adoption.
• Offer strategic recommendations that assist customers in accelerating adoption while navigating operational, compliance, and organizational risks.
• Present governance insights, maturity assessments, and recommendations to customer leadership teams and key stakeholders.
• Over 8 years of experience in consulting, enterprise transformation, governance, analytics, data management, AI enablement, or related fields.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing governance programs, operating models, Centers of Excellence (CoEs), or enterprise adoption strategies.
• Familiarity with analytics and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and an understanding of how governance fosters trusted analytics.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives involving business, analytics, AI, compliance, and technology stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with business, analytics, data, and technology leaders to drive governance, adoption, or organizational change initiatives.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI principles, AI governance practices, data governance frameworks, or enterprise risk management approaches is highly desirable.
• Previous experience with large enterprise organizations is preferred.
• Strong preference for candidates who have created reusable methodologies, frameworks, or consulting assets.
