Senior AI Engineer – LLM Systems, RAG Optimization

📋 Description

• Design and develop LLM systems specifically tailored to meet the requirements of athletes and coaches.

• Enhance retrieval-augmented generation processes to elevate the quality and relevance of AI-generated content.

• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to establish AI strategies and ensure they align with business objectives.

• Conduct research on innovative AI methodologies and incorporate them into current systems.

• Monitor and assess system performance, making adjustments based on data-driven insights as needed.

• Provide mentorship to junior team members and foster a culture of innovation within the department.

• Document system architecture, processes, and best practices for future reference and knowledge sharing among the team.

• A Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.

• Extensive experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and retrieval-augmented generation systems.

• Proficient in programming languages like Python, with a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.

• Familiarity with AI/machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and NLP libraries.

• Experience in optimizing AI models for enhanced efficiency and performance.
