This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Identify, prioritize, and develop AI use cases aimed at enhancing business performance and operational efficiency.
• Lead initiatives for AI proof-of-concepts, pilot programs, and adoption efforts.
• Analyze business processes and design workflows for the future using AI, automation, and analytics.
• Collect and document business requirements, process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Provide support for global programs and operational initiatives across various business functions.
• Create operational playbooks, governance models, and standard operating procedures.
• Design AI-driven dashboards, scorecards, executive reporting solutions, chatbots, and actionable insights.
• Utilize AI tools to generate playbooks, training materials, knowledge assets, partner profitability models, sales strategies, and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and vendors to assess and implement technology solutions.
• Conduct AI knowledge training sessions for team members.
• Spearhead transformation initiatives from conception to execution, delivering measurable business value and ROI.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Over 12 years of experience in Business Analysis, Program Operations, Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Digital Transformation, or similar fields.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in evaluating, implementing, and leveraging AI technologies.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Vertex AI, Gemini, AI Agents, and workflow automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, prompt engineering, AI-assisted content generation, and business process automation.
• Excellent skills in communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentations.
• Proficient in the Google Suite of tools.
• Experience in supporting global programs, operations, or transformation initiatives.
• Background in partner ecosystems, enablement programs, incentives, business planning, or operational excellence initiatives.
• Experience in implementing AI governance, training, and adoption programs.
• Proficient with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, and enterprise analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and product management practices.
• Familiarity with PRM and CRM systems.
• AI certification is a plus, including Google AI Essentials and IIBA CBDA.
