Senior AI Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete delivery process for intricate client implementations, which includes SQL DataMarts, custom pipelines, Martech Recipes, Attribution, and DataPrep.

• Develop and sustain automated analytics workflows utilizing AI tools, scripting, and a modern data stack.

• Diagnose and resolve issues in production data pipelines, including direct escalations from clients.

• Discover opportunities to transform manual processes into scalable, AI-driven solutions.

• Work in collaboration with Product, BI, and CSM/TCS teams on architectural decisions and client data requirements.

• Assist in creating SOPs and documentation for transformation processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in using AI tools to automate analytics or data workflows, including Claude Code, prompt engineering, and agentic coding.

• Capability to utilize AI tools to expedite development, write tests, optimize complex challenges, and deliver faster.

• Proficient in building and scaling a dependable AI agent.

• Possess a product ownership mindset; capable of managing a problem from start to finish with minimal supervision.

• Strong SQL skills are essential.

• Experience with dbt or similar transformation tools is highly preferred.

• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT pipelines using BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or ClickHouse.

• Experience in troubleshooting production data pipelines and addressing data quality issues.

• Familiarity with marketing or revenue data domains.

• Must be available to work full US Eastern Time (ET) hours.

• Proficiency in Python for data processing and automation is a plus.

• Experience working directly with clients on technical requirements is a plus.

• Familiarity with BI tools such as Superset for operational reporting is a plus.
