Senior AI Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the delivery process for intricate client implementations, which include SQL DataMarts, custom pipelines, Martech Recipes, Attribution, and DataPrep.

• Develop and sustain automated analytics workflows utilizing AI tools, scripting, and a modern data stack.

• Diagnose and resolve issues within production data pipelines, including direct escalations from clients.

• Spot opportunities to substitute manual processes with scalable, AI-driven solutions.

• Work collaboratively with Product, BI, and CSM/TCS teams on architectural decisions and client data specifications.

• Assist in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation related to transformation processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in utilizing AI tools for automating analytics or data workflows.

• Proficiency with Claude Code, prompt engineering, and agentic coding.

• Capability to write tests, optimize complex challenges, and deliver results more efficiently.

• Ability to construct and scale a dependable AI agent.

• A product ownership mindset with the capacity to manage problems from start to finish with minimal guidance.

• Strong SQL skills are essential.

• Experience with dbt or similar transformation tools is highly preferred.

• Practical experience with ETL/ELT pipelines using BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or ClickHouse.

• Proven track record in troubleshooting production data pipelines and addressing data quality concerns.

• Familiarity with marketing or revenue data domains is beneficial.

• Must be available to work full hours during US Eastern Time (ET).

• Proficiency in Python for data processing and automation is a plus.

• Experience collaborating directly with clients on technical requirements is advantageous.

• Familiarity with BI tools such as Superset for operational reporting is a plus.
