📋 Description

• Provide expert advice to clients and partners to assist them in positioning, planning, developing, executing, and monitoring strategic property and casualty insurance projects and initiatives.

• Create and revise policies, standards, models, and programs to support your unit's strategic property and casualty insurance projects and initiatives.

• Identify, analyze, and diagnose significant issues and offer recommendations to decision-making bodies.

• Act as a representative of your unit before decision-making bodies.

• Advocate for Desjardins's position during negotiations with external partners and organizations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• A minimum of six years of pertinent experience.

• Proficiency in French is required.

• Advanced command of English, necessary for the nature of the duties or work tools, or due to interactions with English-speaking partners, members, and/or clients.
