Senior Ads Video Editor – DTC Brand

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Edit a diverse array of performance-focused video content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and occasional high-profile campaigns.

• Work on both vertical short-form advertisements and horizontal long-form projects.

• Partner with our Creative Director and marketing team to brainstorm, refine, and produce assets that are optimized for engagement, click-through rates, and conversions.

• Utilize performance feedback to make swift creative iterations.

• Enhance raw footage through expert color grading, sound design, and motion graphics to align with the Eskiin brand aesthetic.

⛳️ Requirements

• We seek a creative partner with a performance-oriented mindset, not just someone who edits videos. You should be capable of transforming a general concept and a collection of raw b-roll footage into compelling, fast-paced, high-performing direct response advertisements without requiring a detailed shot-by-shot brief. A deep understanding of direct response creative, performance marketing, and e-commerce ads is essential. You should be able to:

• Self-initiate and take a concept from inception to final export with minimal guidance.

• Confidently select the appropriate clips, music, sound effects, captions, and pacing for maximum impact.

• **Required Skills:**

• Proven experience in editing high-performing social ads (portfolio required).

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; familiarity with DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro is a plus.

• Strong comprehension of platform-specific trends, pacing, and storytelling techniques.

• Experience with color grading, sound editing, and motion graphics.

• Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality.
