Senior Actuary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Independently develop and oversee actuarial projects;

• Regularly engage with clients to comprehend project scope, monitor progress, and deliver findings;

• Collaborate closely with internal teams, particularly data engineering, to create digital solutions for consultancy applications;

• Direct pricing processes, technical documentation, risk management, and financial oversight;

• Ensure compliance with supplementary health regulations (governing private health plans);

• Enhance team capabilities through training and performance evaluations;

• Recognize and pursue market opportunities in Supplementary Health.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science;

• Current IBA registration (MIBA);

• Advanced proficiency in Excel;

• Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite;

• Excellent technical writing, text analysis, and client presentation abilities;

• Prior experience in actuarial valuation for health plan providers and consultancy firms;

• Familiarity with tools such as Tableau Cloud or Power BI;

• A postgraduate degree in relevant disciplines.
