This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Create and evaluate insurance proposals.

• Oversee the business operations and associated risks.

• Assist team members in grasping the nuances of healthcare and insurance.

• Participate in the development of new products and pricing strategies.

• Provide insurance expertise to support Sales in securing major clients in Belgium.

• Track the portfolio and enhance the depth and precision of reporting.

• Organize and document insurance knowledge to elevate the Belgium team's capabilities.

• Take part in the insurance on-call rotation to assist internal teams with daily inquiries.

• Collaborate with Engineering to develop tools for scalable, customized insurance offerings.

• Engage with a global insurance community, influencing our organization, hiring, and training across various countries.

• You possess a scientific background (actuarial sciences, statistics, mathematics, or data science) combined with initial experience or a strong interest in insurance (product, pricing, regulatory, or analytics).
