Senior Accountant, Onboarding

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Prepare precise financial statements based on accrual accounting principles.

• Conduct thorough reconciliations for bank, credit card, merchant service, and loan accounts.

• Leverage robust financial analysis to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

• Oversee multiple client onboarding initiatives across diverse industries.

• Adhere to structured project plans that align with client requirements and timelines.

• Provide exceptional service that is both timely and within defined scope.

• Employ cloud-based accounting platforms and integrated tools to enhance processes and achieve results.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in GAAP-compliant accounting and financial reporting.

• Excellent client communication abilities and a commitment to supporting small businesses.

• Practical experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Xero.

• Familiarity with industries such as e-commerce, product-based businesses, technology, real estate, or professional services.

• Consulting experience handling multiple clients or projects simultaneously.

• Understanding of cloud-based accounting systems and application integrations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline (mandatory).

• Bonus: Experience in public accounting or working in a remote, technology-driven environment.
