This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• The Senior ABM Strategist oversees B2B account-based marketing and go-to-market strategies for complex client accounts, focusing heavily on 6sense, Clay, audience strategy, account prioritization, and planning for activation readiness.
• This position aids clients in determining their target audiences, understanding the significance of these audiences, prioritizing them, and executing marketing and sales strategies effectively.
• The individual in this role is both strategic and hands-on.
• They may spend one day guiding a client through ICP, persona, buying committee, or target account insights.
• The next day, they could be testing 6sense segment logic, providing advice on 6QA and buying stage strategies, building or quality-assuring a TAL in Clay, or converting account insights into recommendations for paid media, sales enablement, and campaigns.
• The Senior ABM Strategist is highly client-oriented and must be adept at transforming vague B2B challenges into concrete plans, actionable frameworks, activation-ready audiences, and confident next steps.
• They possess a strong understanding of long sales cycles, buying committees, account-based strategies, and the necessity of synchronizing marketing, sales, RevOps, and client stakeholders around a unified GTM strategy.
• Lead the B2B GTM and ABM strategy encompassing ICP development, persona creation, buying committee mapping, account prioritization, TAL development, campaign planning, and activation strategies.
• Take ownership of 6sense strategy across relevant clients, which includes segment creation, audience logic, interpreting buying stages, utilizing 6QA, account scoring, intent data, activation workflows, and reporting implications.
• Utilize Clay for account enrichment, TAL development, manual verification, contact enrichment, segmentation, and account prioritization workflows.
• Convert client business objectives, sales priorities, customer data, stakeholder interviews, market signals, and platform insights into actionable GTM recommendations.
• Construct and validate ICPs, personas, TALs, account tiers, and campaign strategies to ensure they are commercially viable, defensible, and pragmatic.
• Formulate ABM strategies for strategic, enterprise, and named-account initiatives, including 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many account-based programs.
• Create account prioritization frameworks utilizing firmographic, technographic, intent, engagement, sales, CRM, and revenue data.
• Recognize deficiencies in client data, targeting logic, lifecycle stages, sales processes, platform setups, or marketing activations that may hinder GTM effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Organic Search, Content, Lifecycle, Analytics, Creative, Client Services, and Sales teams to convert ABM strategies into cohesive activation plans.
• Generate sales enablement recommendations, messaging themes, account plays, and insights into buying committees to facilitate GTM execution.
• Conduct client-facing strategy discussions, including discovery calls, presentation of deliverables, prioritization conversations, and performance evaluations.
• Distill complex B2B strategies, data, and tooling concepts into clear recommendations and subsequent steps for clients and internal teams.
• Participate in new business appraisals and assist with sales opportunities requiring expertise in B2B, ABM, 6sense, Clay, ICP, TAL, or GTM.
• Develop repeatable internal procedures for TAL builds, enrichment workflows, account scoring, 6sense audience logic, and ABM activation planning.
• Utilize AI technologies, the Nova ecosystem, and Power Digital workflows to enhance research, strategy formulation, quality assurance, execution, and reporting.
