This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile, +5 more states.
• The Senior ABM Strategist is responsible for spearheading B2B account-based marketing and go-to-market strategies for intricate client accounts, focusing significantly on 6sense, Clay, audience strategy, account prioritization, and actionable planning.
• This position assists clients in identifying their target audiences, understanding the significance of these groups, determining prioritization, and strategizing activation across marketing and sales initiatives.
• The role demands a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. One day might involve guiding a client through ICP, persona, buying committee, or target account suggestions.
• The next day, the strategist might be evaluating 6sense segment logic, providing advice on 6QA and buying stage strategies, constructing or QAing a TAL in Clay, or converting account insights into recommendations for paid media, sales enablement, and campaigns.
• This individual is highly client-facing and adept at transforming ambiguous B2B challenges into clear strategies, practical frameworks, activation-ready audiences, and definitive next steps.
• They possess a strong understanding of long sales cycles, buying committees, account-based approaches, and the necessity of aligning marketing, sales, RevOps, and client stakeholders around a unified go-to-market strategy.
• Lead B2B go-to-market and account-based marketing strategies encompassing ICP development, persona creation, buying committee mapping, account prioritization, TAL creation, campaign planning, and activation strategies.
• Manage the 6sense strategy for relevant clients, which includes segment creation, audience logic development, buying stage interpretation, 6QA application, account scoring, intent data, activation workflows, and reporting consequences.
• Utilize Clay to facilitate account enrichment, TAL development, manual validation, contact enhancement, segmentation, and account prioritization workflows.
• Convert client business objectives, sales priorities, customer data, stakeholder interviews, market signals, and platform insights into precise go-to-market recommendations.
• Construct and rigorously evaluate ICPs, personas, TALs, account tiers, and campaign strategies to ensure they are commercially viable, defensible, and actionable.
• Design account-based marketing strategies for strategic, enterprise, and named-account motions, including 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many account-based programs.
• Develop frameworks for account prioritization using firmographic, technographic, intent, engagement, sales, CRM, and revenue data.
• Identify deficiencies in client data, targeting logic, lifecycle stages, sales processes, platform configurations, or marketing activations that may hinder go-to-market performance.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Organic Search, Content, Lifecycle, Analytics, Creative, Client Services, and Sales teams to translate ABM strategies into cohesive activation plans.
• Formulate sales enablement recommendations, messaging themes, account strategies, and insights into buying committees to facilitate go-to-market execution.
• Conduct client-facing strategy discussions, including discovery calls, presentation of deliverables, prioritization dialogues, and performance reviews.
• Distill complex B2B strategies, data, and tooling concepts into straightforward recommendations and actionable steps for clients and internal teams.
• Participate in new business assessments and support sales opportunities where expertise in B2B, ABM, 6sense, Clay, ICP, TAL, or go-to-market strategies is required.
• Establish repeatable internal processes for TAL creation, enrichment workflows, account scoring, 6sense audience logic, and ABM activation planning.
• Harness AI technologies, the Nova ecosystem, and Power Digital workflows to enhance research, strategy formulation, quality assurance, execution, and reporting.
• Base salary paid in USD plus commission opportunities
