• Develop props and modular environment kits (architecture) to meet level art requirements;
• Ensure that assets adhere to visual guidelines, scale, and performance standards;
• Collaborate with level artists to ensure that kits are effective and reusable;
• Maintain consistency in materials and detail levels;
• Translate concept art and asset briefs into 3D environmental assets;
• Build props and modular kits using Blender;
• Import and configure kits and assets within the game engine;
• Establish stylized, semi-procedural materials;
• Optimize and refine tasks for existing assets;
• Liaise with art and design teams to ensure visual consistency and gather feedback.
• Strong proficiency in modeling and texturing software (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Substance Painter). Experience with Blender is preferred;
• Familiarity with stylization principles in game art;
• Capability to produce high-quality, optimized assets for real-time environments;
• Knowledge of modular environment design principles;
• Experience with a contemporary game engine (Unreal, Unity, CryEngine, Lumberyard, etc.);
• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds;
• Competence in processing feedback and identifying key points;
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines;
• Open-mindedness and eagerness to learn new tools and workflows;
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach;
• Proficient in English (minimum B1 level, both spoken and written) for daily team and customer interactions.
