This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Respond promptly to new seller leads and cultivate relationships within the sales funnel.
• Engage in personal prospecting for seller leads while nurturing an existing lead base.
• Qualify leads into deals to drive sales revenue.
• Exhibit strong communication and negotiation skills, particularly with distressed home sellers.
• Ensure an exceptional experience for our sellers, contributing to positive brand awareness for Sell2Rent.
• Collaborate towards shared company objectives and achieve departmental metrics.
• Conduct daily follow-ups with leads, including identifying and contacting motivated sellers.
• Negotiate offers with sellers, draft contracts, and maintain clear communication with the team.
• Provide regular updates to the VP of Sales, address issues, and propose solutions for the business.
• Comprehensive understanding of the US real estate market.
• Strong negotiation abilities.
