Security Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Assist the project manager in collaborating with cross-functional teams for requirements gathering, evaluation, analysis, and reporting on internal projects.

• Acquire a deep understanding of business operations to promptly address business needs and effectively oversee information collection, organization, and other tasks during cross-team collaboration.

• Perform regular evaluations of project outcomes utilizing relevant tools, systems, and assessment techniques.

• Develop and refine reporting metrics to facilitate data-driven decision-making and performance monitoring.

• Create and uphold thorough project documentation.

• Develop, compose, edit, and optimize content for both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity, structure, accuracy, and consistency across all materials.

• Aid content creation efforts by conducting research, synthesizing information, and generating high-quality written content for both internal and external audiences.

• Monitor platform content engagement metrics (impressions, views, likes, comments, shares/reposts) and make iterative improvements based on feedback and data.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a full-time undergraduate or graduate student in good academic standing, preferably studying Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of security concepts, including Cybersecurity and Information Security.

• Demonstrated experience in content writing, editing, and information research, with the capability to create clear and engaging materials.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential for coordinating with overseas partners and stakeholders.

• Experience in project or product management is highly preferred.

• Exceptional client-facing and communication skills, along with strong logical reasoning, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
