Security Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the Vulnerability Management Program: Collaborate with the security engineering team to prioritize, communicate, and cultivate a sense of ownership across business units regarding security matters.

• Lead Metrics and Program Evaluation: Utilize metrics and routine program reviews to transparently convey performance and foster accountability with both peer teams and senior management.

• Project Leadership: Provide expert guidance on high-profile and multifaceted projects while inspiring and promoting collaboration across teams. Partner closely with Software Engineers, Engineering leaders, Product Managers, and other teams across various locations (US, IN, AUS).

• Continuous Improvement: Develop and enhance project management tools, maintain ongoing practices, and mentor the team on best practices.

• Business Management: Assist with organizational tasks such as calendar management and vendor coordination for TISO and CI&SO.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in technical program management.

• At least 2 years of exposure to security (preferred), site reliability engineering, or software engineering.

• Capability to comprehend IT concepts such as web applications and servers, and possess a good level of technical proficiency.
