Security Product Services Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Implement, manage, and support Rimini Street security solutions.

• Collaborate effectively with the client's IT teams.

• Oversee the implementation and integration of security products.

• Provide support after implementation.

• Monitor and resolve issues with security solutions.

• Document client configurations and maintain detailed reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with IT procedures.

• At least 3 years of experience in DataCenter Operations, both in-house and outsourced.

• Over 3 years of experience in software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

• Strong understanding of various tiers within technology stacks.

• Experience in the installation and configuration of different types of software.

• Excellent troubleshooting skills.

• Strong customer service abilities.

• Proven track record as a key contributor to various IT projects.

• Consulting experience with diverse clients.

• Familiarity with IT security concepts and practices.
