📋 Description

• Execute intricate technical implementations for client projects, serving as a delivery subject matter expert.

• Oversee the realization of approved technical designs created by Solution Architects and Technical Consultants.

• Identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring exceptional levels of customer satisfaction and quality of solutions.

• Collaborate closely with Project Managers to achieve established milestones, timelines, and delivery standards.

• Conduct technical knowledge-transfer workshops and handover sessions for clients.

• Generate high-quality post-delivery and technical documentation.

• Develop and sustain a comprehensive understanding of all products and solutions within the practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Support Analyst or Engineer, with a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft cloud and security technologies, including Exchange Online, Entra ID (both cloud and hybrid), and Azure.

• Practical experience with Microsoft identity and access security services, including Conditional Access, PIM, RBAC, and identity protection.

• Familiarity with deploying and supporting Microsoft XDR solutions, such as Defender for Endpoint, Identity, Cloud Apps, and Office 365.

• Strong skills in technical documentation and post-delivery reporting.

• Exceptional communication abilities with a customer-oriented approach.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, complemented by a positive, resilient, and adaptable mindset.
