Security & Privacy Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Assist teams at Luscii and OMRON Digital Health in integrating security and privacy into their daily operations.

• Collaborate on Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), privacy systems and standards, as well as supplier and partner evaluations.

• Aid in the maintenance and enhancement of the ISMS throughout the organization, while supporting audits and internal assessments.

• Help track security and privacy threats, generate reports, and assist in management evaluations.

• Facilitate the adoption of security and privacy frameworks, including ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, or SOC 2.

• Support operational security activities, such as risk assessments, incident response, and access management.

• Conduct assessments and monitoring of suppliers and partners to ensure compliance with our standards.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to promote best practices in security and privacy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in information security, IT, compliance, or related areas.

• Basic familiarity with security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2) or privacy laws (GDPR, HIPAA).

• A keen interest in operational security, risk management, and compliance procedures.

• Strong communication abilities, a proactive attitude, and a desire to learn and advance professionally.

• Experience working in international settings.

• The motivation to achieve relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 27001 Foundation, CompTIA Security+, or CISSP/CISM in progress).
