This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard thoroughly vetted security partners within your market.
• Develop and sustain robust relationships with partner companies to ensure optimal performance.
• Oversee field activities, address service issues, and align partners with key performance indicators.
• Facilitate the adoption of our platform through training sessions, demonstrations, and operational support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and achieve efficient scaling.
• Travel frequently within your market to conduct client visits, supplier meetings, and platform demonstrations.
• Provide remote assistance for business operations in adjacent or emerging markets as required.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in operations, vendor management, or multi-site field service (preferably in security).
• Demonstrated success in managing regional accounts, service vendors, or partnerships in the field.
• Strong sense of ownership—motivated to achieve results, meet goals, and drive initiatives forward.
• Confident problem-solver with a high level of accountability in high-pressure situations.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and cold calling is highly advantageous.
• Proficient in working within CRMs and updating records in real time.
