Security Operations Engineer I – Weekend Shift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the tools, configurations, administration, and associated processes related to Security Information and Event Management.

• Oversee the Web application firewall and related measures for the prevention, detection, and mitigation of DDoS attacks.

• Conduct regular audits of firewalls in accordance with our procedures and provide the necessary documentation.

• Manage tooling, processes, and follow-up actions concerning vulnerability scanning.

• Responsible for identifying, planning, and implementing cloud hardening requirements.

• Execute security incident analysis, response, and remediation efforts.

• Engage in the design and implementation of security automation workflows.

• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation of processes and procedures.

• Execute scripting tasks in Bash and Python.

• Sustain an advanced level of expertise in JAMF Cloud Services and related products.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience with Linux command line interface (Required).

• A minimum of 1 year of knowledge in IT security principles, techniques, and technologies (Required).

• Experience with Amazon Web Services is preferred.

• Familiarity with a current programming language (e.g., Python, Golang) is preferred.

• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

• A combination of relevant experience and education may be taken into consideration.
