This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Manage the entire onboarding and offboarding process to ensure that every employee, contractor, and partner receives the appropriate access swiftly and has it revoked cleanly upon departure.
• Streamline repetitive operational workflows across our systems using scripts, APIs, and agents.
• Oversee daily Identity and Access Management (IAM) tasks across Okta, Google Workspace, and various internal applications.
• Provision and deprovision accounts and devices while contributing to the enhancement of our endpoint management tools over time (EDR, MDM).
• Act as a reliable point of contact for employee technology and access, swiftly resolving internal issues and transforming recurring problems into self-service solutions.
• Conduct access reviews and take ownership of IAM-related audit controls for SOC2, ISO27001, and ISO42001.
• Practical experience in managing onboarding and offboarding within a corporate IT or security context, with a solid understanding of IAM and least-privilege principles.
• Proficiency with Single Sign-On (SSO) and identity providers (such as Okta and Google Workspace) along with automation across multiple internal platforms.
• Familiarity with endpoint management tools (Jamf, Kandji/Iru, Intune) and EDR solutions (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, or similar).
• Ability to produce clear operational documentation, strong troubleshooting capabilities, and the discretion to handle sensitive information.
• A proactive ownership mentality and comfort in environments where processes are still being developed.
• Experience working collaboratively with HR, Engineering, and Security teams.
• Plus: Knowledge of scripting or agent-based automation, compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO27001/42001), and creating operational metrics/dashboards.
