Security Instructor, §34a GewO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Facilitate live online sessions aimed at equipping candidates for the proficiency examination as outlined in §34a GewO, with a focus on public safety law, trade law, the German Civil Code (BGB), and criminal law.

• Deliver methodological guidance to participants that encompasses all pertinent written and oral requirements for the IHK (Chamber of Industry and Commerce) exams.

• Utilize digital teaching methodologies to effectively convey intricate legal principles and practical security scenarios.

• Regularly assess learning outcomes and proactively enhance digital teaching formats.

• Offer personalized professional assistance, exam preparation, and motivation to learners throughout the entire security training program.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successful completion of the §34a GewO proficiency exam (or a higher qualification, such as Specialist in Protection and Security) along with several years of applicable practical experience.

• Ideally, demonstrable pedagogical experience in adult education or security training.

• Proficient in digital tools and possess a strong inclination towards remote work.

• Excellent command of both German and English languages.

• High level of pedagogical competence, didactic ability, patience, and a passion for engaging with adult learners in continuing education.
