Security Engineering Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee Attio’s Product Security division

• Safeguard Attio’s extensive, AI-driven SaaS platform and sensitive client information

• Collaborate with Engineering Leadership colleagues to ensure security is integrated into the design process

• Identify and address risks and attack vectors related to AI-powered product features and AI-enhanced software development

• Promote secure software development and operational methodologies

• Direct production security incident response, analyze root causes and risks, formulate remediation plans, and ensure issues are resolved

• Attract and maintain a top-tier team of Security Engineers and SecOps professionals

⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of the Application Security landscape within a high-scale, multi-tenant SaaS environment

• Understanding of the tools and strategies employed to secure SaaS applications through prevention, detection, and remediation of security vulnerabilities

• Capability to integrate security tools into a robust, scalable, and cost-effective program

• Exceptional incident response abilities encompassing detection, remediation, cleanup, and post-incident corrective measures

• Proficiency in recruiting, retaining, and nurturing a high-caliber Information Security team

• Experience managing an Application Security program in a high-scale, multi-tenant SaaS setting

• Proven track record in hiring and leading a team of Security Engineers while collaborating with cross-functional partners

• Familiarity with security certification and re-certification processes

• Experience in project or program management

• Background in software engineering or systems administration
