Security Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Become a part of the security team dedicated to integrating top-notch security into our product offerings.

• Engage in security operations, monitoring, and the alerting framework.

• Take part in on-call duties and respond to security incidents as they arise.

• Conduct application security assessments and security evaluations for both applications and infrastructure.

• Enhance the security of the codebase, product, and customers' on-premise deployments.

• Undertake proactive research to identify new attack vectors and develop threat models.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hands-on experience in reviewing SIEM alerts and participating in on-call rotations.

• Proven experience in securing SaaS applications as a security generalist, covering infrastructure security, application security, and/or compliance.

• Proficiency in Go, including the ability to write and maintain internal tools as well as conduct code reviews.

• Familiarity with the Elastic stack and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Experience in utilizing and automating a diverse range of defensive security tools.

• Collaborative experience with engineering teams to ensure security measures are applied across various projects.

• Demonstrates high agency.

• Strong written communication skills and effective documentation abilities.
