Security Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Integrate automated security scanning (SAST, DAST, SCA) seamlessly into our CI/CD pipelines.

• Develop and enforce security policies within our primary cloud environment.

• Lead the formulation of security strategies for our LLM and machine learning workloads.

• Create and oversee security observability tools.

• Serve as an embedded security consultant for our engineering and product teams.

• Propel and uphold compliance initiatives pertinent to our enterprise AEC clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in Security Engineering, Application Security, or DevSecOps, with a distinct emphasis on cloud-native SaaS environments.

• Extensive knowledge in securing large-scale public cloud environments, along with a robust understanding of cloud networking, threat detection, data encryption, and identity management.

• Skilled in modern scripting languages and experienced in automating security processes.

• Practical experience with contemporary security tools (e.g., automated dependency and vulnerability scanners) and a comprehensive understanding of common web and API vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10).

• Capability to recognize systemic security 'blind spots' and formulate automated, paved-road solutions to address them permanently.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
