This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.
• Take a vital role in managing the vulnerability management process at Glia.
• Work collaboratively with various teams to implement new security policies and procedures.
• Oversee, evaluate, and classify incoming data regarding security incidents (whether internal, reported, or industry-wide).
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and reviews of security controls to maintain a robust security posture.
• Engage in security evaluations and risk assessments for AI tools utilized throughout the organization.
• Support Compliance in ongoing regulatory activities and monitoring efforts across various regulations (GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CCPA, etc.).
• Knowledge of security considerations in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud).
• Proficient in coding, ideally in Python, with a solid understanding of primary programming ecosystems (our technology stack includes Elixir, Ruby, Golang).
• Acquainted with security principles (encryption, authentication, etc.).
• Strong understanding of network protocols and various types of network-based attacks.
• Experience in managing cybersecurity incidents.
• Knowledge of governance and compliance, along with experience in sustaining a strong security posture through regular security control reviews and audit preparations.
