Security Consultant II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Ensuring customer success by comprehending their requirements and assisting them in developing a long-term strategy grounded in best practices.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess customer architecture, tackle technical challenges, and optimize the benefits of using Akamai solutions.

• Showcasing Akamai's value, fostering customer engagement, and effectively communicating with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Engaging in training and projects that contribute to best practices, enhance efficiency, and elevate methodology and service quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a working knowledge of security technology processes and concepts, security event management, and security compliance.

• Understand computer network concepts and protocols (HTTP, TLS, TCP/IP, DNS, BGP, etc.).

• Demonstrate knowledge of DevOps or SecOps principles and implementation concepts relevant to web development, IT systems, or security practices.

• Exhibit outstanding communication skills and the ability to foster trust-based relationships with customers.

• Have experience in a customer-facing position within the Information Technology sector.
