Security Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Implement, configure, and oversee Microsoft Defender XDR solutions (Endpoint, Identity, Email, Cloud Apps)

• Deploy and optimize Microsoft Sentinel for security monitoring, incident detection, and automated responses

• Create and enhance detection rules, playbooks, and dashboards within Sentinel

• Conduct threat analyses, perform security assessments, and assist in incident investigations

• Provide clients with guidance on best practices for Microsoft Security

• Produce comprehensive technical documentation and conduct training sessions for end users and administrators

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in security consulting or roles related to SOC

• Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft Defender XDR and Microsoft Sentinel

• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., SC-200, SC-300, or equivalent) are highly advantageous

• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills

• Exceptional communication skills in both Dutch and English

• A proactive attitude, enthusiastic about enhancing processes
