This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• You will take on the responsibility of leading the advisory function for an entire region.
• Proactively identify any challenges that exceed the tool's capabilities and assess their business impact.
• Ensure the maintenance of quality service by adhering to organizational standards.
• Assess current processes and suggest new strategies or improvements.
• Create strategies to encourage team members' compliance with company regulations and performance objectives.
• Facilitate team meetings to keep members informed about best practices and ongoing expectations.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers.
• Forecast and monitor client account metrics.
• Oversee projects within client relationships, ensuring alignment with both client objectives and company goals.
• Guarantee timely and successful delivery of our solutions in line with customer needs and goals.
• Effectively communicate the status of monthly/quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Track and analyze customer usage of our product and prepare relevant reports.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients while enhancing existing client relationships.
• Supervise customer service productivity according to established policies to ensure compliance and thoroughness in all customer interactions.
• Drive continual enhancement of the contract and its associated services.
• A minimum of 3+ years of relevant industry experience in client-facing roles and account management.
• Experience in the Cyber Security domain is mandatory.
• Proficiency in languages such as Portuguese and Spanish is essential.
• Strong logical thinking abilities.
• A solid team player.
• Confidently engage with clients to identify security challenges and articulate solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Capable of prioritizing workload and managing time effectively.
• Passionate about solving problems and eager to learn new technologies and skills.
• Experience in team leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
