• Ensuring customer success by grasping requirements and assisting them in developing a long-term strategy grounded in best practices.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess customer architecture, tackle technical challenges, and maximize the advantages of utilizing Akamai solutions.

• Engaging in training and projects that contribute to best practices, enhance efficiency, and elevate methodology and service quality.

• Showcasing Akamai's value, promoting customer engagement, and effectively communicating with both technical and business audiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a working knowledge of security technology processes and concepts, security event management, and security compliance.

• Be familiar with computer network concepts and protocols (HTTP, TLS, TCP/IP, DNS, BGP, etc.).

• Demonstrate an understanding of DevOps or SecOps principles and implementation concepts related to web development, IT systems, or security practices.

• Exhibit exceptional communication skills and the ability to cultivate trust-based relationships with customers.

• Have experience in a customer-facing role within the Information Technology sector.
