Security Architect II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Engaging in strategies to mitigate vector attacks.

• Analyzing customer traffic, applications, and systems to customize our security solutions and address customers' security requirements.

• Managing and documenting technical issues, responses, and requests to ensure that information is accurately recorded and updated.

• Providing assistance to customers to resolve network and connectivity challenges.

• Communicating with customers about challenges and delivering updates and outcomes regarding your mitigation efforts and analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess experience with Internet technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, TLS, and web servers.

• Exhibit experience in a customer-facing position and an understanding of the consulting process.

• Demonstrate proactivity and work with a sense of urgency, coupled with a continuous desire to learn.

• Have strong communication and collaboration skills, being a reliable team member.

• Showcase written, verbal, and presentation abilities, including conveying complex technical information in English.

• Availability to work night shifts - 4 nights per week for 10 hours.
