This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Address and categorize alerts related to phishing incidents, impersonation, scams, and brand exploitation (e.g. Sublime, Doppel), escalating serious threats when necessary.
• Oversee the daily operations of the bug bounty program, which includes liaising with researchers, tracking issues, reporting findings, and ensuring internal follow-ups.
• Perform user access evaluations and assess security configurations, access settings, and administrative controls across various business systems, SaaS platforms, and internal infrastructure, monitoring remediation efforts as needed.
• Assist with ongoing operational security processes, which encompass documentation, workflow tracking, and follow-up activities.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a security-oriented position, such as security operations, IAM, application security support, operational security, or a related field.
• Knowledge of fundamental security principles like phishing, authentication, access control, least privilege, and prevalent vulnerability types.
• Capability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks with a keen eye for detail and dependable follow-through.
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-driven, organized, and adept at working independently in a remote-first setting with minimal oversight.
