This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Carry out operational duties, including managing high volume intake queues and annotating machine learning data efficiently.

• Suggest enhancements for processes, workflows, products, and policies.

• Assist in investigation efforts across various critical issues.

• Acquire knowledge about email fraud attack strategies and patterns to avert potential incidents.

• Work on a subset of Live Queue, POV data sets, ATO cases, and VAC cases.

• Engage in task assignments to support team development, scalability, and maturation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally requires less than 1 year of relevant experience.

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s degree.

• Competence in using G Suite (Google) applications.

• Basic understanding of Zoom.
