This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main administrator for Lendz's Optimal Blue pricing engine, overseeing pricing configurations, rate sheets, loan products, and business rules.
• Configure and sustain pricing adjustments, eligibility criteria, and loan product settings to align with business goals.
• Ensure that pricing data is accurate, timely, and consistent with the company's pricing strategies.
• Monitor the performance of the pricing engine and proactively identify any discrepancies or system issues.
• Resolve pricing-related system issues by troubleshooting and collaborating with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors.
• Assist in the launch of new products and pricing enhancements by configuring, testing, and validating system changes.
• Develop, maintain, and validate pricing logic utilizing system configuration tools and business rules.
• Analyze pricing data with Microsoft Excel, utilizing Pivot Tables, formulas, lookups, and data validation techniques.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) for system updates, releases, and new functionalities.
• Create and maintain system documentation, configuration guides, and process documentation.
• Work in collaboration with Secondary Marketing, Operations, Product, and Technology teams to enhance workflows, automate processes, and improve system efficiency.
• Stay updated on mortgage pricing technology, investor requirements, and industry best practices.
• Provide support for daily Secondary Market operations.
• Over 3 years of experience in Secondary Marketing, mortgage pricing, capital markets, or mortgage pricing technology.
• Practical experience in administering or configuring Optimal Blue or another mortgage pricing engine (such as Polly, LoanPASS, or Lender Price).
• Strong knowledge of mortgage pricing, rate sheets, pricing adjustments, loan products, and pricing logic.
• Experience with mortgage loan origination systems (preferably Encompass).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, IF statements, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filtering, and data analysis.
• Comfortable with configuring business rules, testing system changes, and troubleshooting pricing or system issues.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities while working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Experience in supporting system implementations, integrations, or technology enhancements is advantageous.
• Familiarity with APIs, SQL, or data mapping is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
