• Develop short-form social media content (photos and videos) utilizing in-store products to highlight styling, features, and brand moments.
• Capture content within and around the retail environment that emphasizes new arrivals, seasonal narratives, promotions, and the overall store experience.
• Assist in creating content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and other brand-approved social channels.
• Remain up-to-date on social media trends, formats, and best practices to ensure the content remains relevant and engaging.
• Collaborate with store leadership to align content with key product focuses, promotions, and moments that drive traffic.
• Help with basic editing of photos and videos using mobile tools and applications.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, tone, and visual standards.
• Enhance engagement across retail content to boost impressions and reach.
• Positively and professionally represent the brand in all content creation activities.
• Produce and publish over 5 social content pieces weekly (both photo and video) using in-store products.
• Capture genuine in-store content that showcases new arrivals, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and the store experience.
• Edit and post content for approved local/market social channels using brand-endorsed tools.
• Monitor content performance and pinpoint high-engagement trends and opportunities.
• Partner with store leadership to align content with key product focuses and moments that drive traffic.
• Educate and collaborate with store teams to foster consistent, on-brand retail storytelling.
• Serve as the social HUB for retail store teams, providing best practices and strategies to enhance content performance.
• Enthusiasm for social media, content creation, and digital storytelling.
• Comfort in front of the camera and/or directing others in the content creation process.
• Preferably prior experience in social content amplification.
• Strong understanding of social platforms and trends, particularly in short-form video.
• Creative eye for styling, composition, and storytelling.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with store leadership.
• Reliable availability for 20–30 hours per week during the seasonal period.
• Prior experience in creating social content (personal or professional) is preferred.
• Experience in retail, fashion, lifestyle, or branding is a plus.
• Capability to climb and descend stairs and ladders carrying merchandise daily.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance routinely.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
