Seasonal Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +24 more states.

📋 Description

• Integrate customer requests, text, and images into design layouts.

• Produce polished, professional print-ready proofs that maintain typographic clarity and consistency.

• Review and proofread the text provided by customers.

• Ensure the quality of photographs supplied by clients.

• Modify and edit images according to customer specifications.

• Evaluate the designs of colleagues to guarantee high-quality standards and accurate edits prior to submitting a digital proof to the client.

• Engage with customers via written communication to adjust and finalize design projects.

• Provide support for design-related inquiries from internal teams.

• Address escalated customer orders involving design challenges.

• Interact directly with customers through email or screen-sharing as required.

• Maintain service-level standards by achieving expectations for quality, productivity, and response times.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience using Adobe Creative Suite.

• Experience in freelance design work and client interactions.

• Skills in fine arts such as watercolor painting, illustration, calligraphy, and hand-lettering.

• Ability to manage service and customer expectations effectively.

• Familiarity with the principles of typography and print design.

• In-depth knowledge of wedding etiquette.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in clear, concise, and professional verbal and written communication.

• A Bachelor's degree is required.
