Seasonal Associate, Sales Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take comprehensive notes during internal and client meetings, ensuring timely distribution of summaries and action items.

• Assist in the creation and design of pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and various client-facing materials.

• Develop and refresh content for the website, social media platforms, success stories, and capability statements.

• Conduct research on government and private-sector targets, funding opportunities, and procurement forecasts.

• Keep track of competitors’ activities, market positioning, and program effectiveness.

• Maintain CRM records, track leads, and update reports on pursuit status.

• Collaborate with business development leaders, proposal managers, and technical experts on messaging and strategy.

• Create and manage documents and materials for presentations.

• Provide support for special projects within the division.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 30 completed college-level credit hours in public policy, writing, government, business, or a related field is required by the start date.

• A preference for candidates with an interest in government contracting, consulting, disaster recovery, or resilience.

• Exceptional verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent time management skills.

• Quick adaptability to learn new concepts.

• Experience in conducting research and in organizing and analyzing information.

• Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, with advanced skills in SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint.
