Search Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Developing and overseeing a portfolio of paid search campaigns (PPC, Display, Mobile, Microsoft, Google Ads) across diverse industries while utilizing various internal web-based systems.

• Evaluating campaign performance through a range of programs, including Google Analytics and Adtaxi’s proprietary tools.

• Conducting keyword research and expansion, crafting ad copy, competitive benchmarking, bid management, and budget pacing of accounts.

• Offering proactive and strategic recommendations for campaigns on a regular basis.

• Implementing advanced campaign features such as Pmax, dynamic remarketing, YouTube advertising, shopping campaigns, advanced bidding strategies, and Conversion Tracking.

• Collaborating closely with other departments within the company and with vendors to ensure successful campaigns and a comprehensive experience for our clients.

• Performing quality assurance on campaigns prior to launch.

• Evaluating landing pages utilized in search engine marketing campaigns.

• Generating campaign reports.

• Keeping abreast of new trends in Search and providing recommendations to client-facing staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

• 3-5 years of experience managing campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Analytics certification is preferred).

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Google Analytics or other third-party analytics and optimization tools.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work within strict deadlines.

• Capability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.

• Prior experience with PPC and SEO management platforms.

• Proficient in Excel with strong quantitative skills.

• Experience in an agency setting or with multiple direct response advertiser accounts.

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, along with experience in tag managers is a plus.
